PROFESSIONAL STAFF OF PODLASIA - support for the development of qualifications of the inhabitants of the Białystok sub-region

The target group of the project consists of people who are interested in improving their skills or acquiring qualifications on their own initiative, especially:

  • low-skilled persons
  • people aged 50 and over
  • economically inactive women
  • Ukrainian citizens who found employment in the Podlaskie Voivodeship after the outbreak of war
  • long-term care workers

Amount of funding - up to PLN 7350
Project participant's own contribution 5% or 10% of the development service price

TRAINING AND TRAINING VOUCHERS

Within the framework of the training voucher, the starost finances the unemployed person up to the amount of 100% of the average salary in force on the day the training voucher was granted. The starost finances the costs of training, medical examinations and travel and accommodation up to the amount specified in the training voucher, and the unemployed person covers costs exceeding this limit.

SUBSIDISATION OF CONTINUING TRAINING COSTS UNDER THE NATIONAL TRAINING FUND

The National Training Fund is a separate part of the Labour Fund dedicated to subsidising lifelong learning for employees and employers.
An employer seeking funding for the costs of continuing education must make an own contribution of 20% of the costs, while 80% of the costs of continuing education will be funded by the KFS. In the case of a micro-enterprise, i.e. an employer with up to 10 employees, 100% of the costs of continuing training can be financed by the KFS. However, the total co-financing from KFS funds cannot exceed 300% of the average salary in a given year per participant.

The District Labour Office in Białystok announces a call for applications for co-financing the costs of continuing education under the National Training Fund. The call will be conducted on from 10 February 2025 at 8 a.m.00 until 11 February 2025 at 15 hrs.00
